Additional costs/night

Travelconditions

• The minimum rental period is 4 nights.
• Short stays less than 4 nights are possible on request.
• The costs of short stays are 30,- €, once in addition.
• Arrival should take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
• Departure until 10 a.m.
• At the day of departure, we expect to find the apartment clean and tidy.

Payment

• By confirming the reservation a first payment of 30% of the rental fee is due. The remainder is to be paid 14 days before arrival.
• You will receive our bank details with the booking confirmation via e-mail. Please notice, the guests have to pay the transfer fees!
• After receiving the first payment, the reservation is binding for both parties
• The costs for the visitor tax are payable cash on arrival.
• We need to get a security deposit, payable cash on arrival. You will get back the deposit per bank transfer if the appartement is checked and there is nothing to complain. Otherwise, the cost for damages or loss will be deducted of the deposit.
• We only accept cash, paying per creditcard is not possible.

Cancellation

In case of a resignation the following cancellation sets are raised from the booked rent, if a replacement cannot be found:

• Storno until 42 days before arrival: free of charge
• Storno 42 - 14 days before arrival: 30%
• Storno 14 or less before arrival, and/or earlier departure: 100%

Repayment

• The guests have to pay the transfer fees for the refund

Therefore we suggest to take a cancellation insurance.
